Residential Trash Service

What type of trash can I put in the container?
The container is for household trash only. We cannot accept dirt, rocks, concrete, bricks, construction debris, mulch, grass, leaves, tree limbs, chemicals or hazardous materials, etc.

When should I place the container at the street?
Have the container out the night before your scheduled pick up. Be sure to have the garbage bagged, not loose. When garbage is loose, it sticks to the bottom and remains in the container. Please Keep your containers clean.

What happens if I forget to put my container at the street on my scheduled pickup date?
If you forgot to take out your trash and would like us to come back, please give us a call asap and we will do our best to get it picked up.

When is my payment due and what happens if I miss a payment?
Payment is due on the 1st of each billing cycle. A 10 day grace period is given. If a payment is missed and we have not been contacted to discuss your overdue payment, your service will be suspended until other arrangements have been made.

What if my pickup date falls on a holiday?
We stick to the normal pick up schedule unless notified otherwise. We will send you an email notification if there are any changes to the schedule. We also keep our Facebook Page up to date. The same process applies to weather-related issues. 

What week is recycling and what can we put in it?
Recycling is picked up every other week. Recycle Schedule can be found here. What can be put in recycling can be found here.
